We only list places we would send family to. If the photos oversell the view or the caretaker is unreliable, it does not make the list.
Cliffside homes
A handful of houses above the sea. Cook on site, pool, small staff. Quiet mornings with the water in front of you.
Village houses
Older Goan houses with courtyards and thick walls. Quiet enough that city noise feels far away by day two.
Riverfront homes
Jetties, mangrove light, and cooler evenings than the beach strip. A different feel from a sea-facing villa.
We stay overnight before you do.
Plenty of places look fine online and fall short in person. We keep a short list because that is the only way we can answer questions about beds, water pressure, and neighbourhood noise with a straight face.
