The Cliffside Estates
4 private properties above the Arabian Sea. Each with a cook, a pool, a staff of two minimum. Wake up to nothing but water.
The Jungle Villas
Portuguese-era houses restored to architectural perfection. Bougainvillea walls, open-plan courtyards, silence that city people find unsettling at first.
The River Estates
Private jetties, mangrove views, and the hypnotic stillness of a Goan river at 6am. Completely different from a beach property. Entirely its own thing.
