A wellness week in Goa — pace, not a brochure programme
A week works when the house is quiet and the diary is not full. Inland south or central Goa is often calmer than a beach-shack soundtrack. We check a programme for your dates; we do not publish a named retreat from this page.
Days 1–2 — Arrive and slow down
Fly in, take a car, unpack, sleep. The first treatments can wait until the morning after you land. Heat and humidity are part of the trip; so is drinking water you trust.
Tell us if anyone in the group has a condition a therapist must know. We pass that on. We do not diagnose from an enquiry form.
Days 3–5 — Mornings for treatments, afternoons empty
A useful week is one treatment block in the morning and nothing heroic after lunch. Walks, a read, a cook if you asked for one. Two “experiences” a day is how people leave more tired than they arrived.
If you also want a beach, pick one afternoon, not every afternoon. Sand and oil do not have to share the same morning.
Days 6–7 — One outing, then a quiet last night
One short outing is plenty — a market, a church hour, or a calmer beach. Keep the last night at the same house. Early airport runs from the south need a pre-booked car, not a new plan.
We will only name the programme and the house once both are actually free. If they are not, we say so.
What this is not
We do not list licences or “certified” badges on this page. If papers matter to you, ask and we will say what we have actually seen.
Monsoon weeks suit verandahs and indoor treatments; a lot of sea work pauses.
No payment until you are happy with the house and the programme we can hold.
